2026–2027 Sponsorship Opportunities
The Idaho ASHRAE Chapter offers annual sponsorship packages that bundle our four yearly events with year-round promotion of your company — at a significant savings over sponsoring each event individually. A portion of every package is a guaranteed tax-deductible charitable contribution, which you can allocate across chapter and ASHRAE research funds on the commitment form.
Not ready for an annual commitment? Every event can also be sponsored à la carte, up to one week before the event.

Every event tier includes publicity sponsorship; higher tiers add exhibit booths, food & beverage recognition, title recognition, registrations, and more — full details are in the sponsorship packet below.
To apply, download the packet and send the completed commitment form to Tais Mitchell at tmitchell@dcengineering.net. Once received, Idaho ASHRAE will invoice your company for payment.
