Our Governing Document
The Idaho Chapter operates under bylaws approved by the chapter membership and ASHRAE Society. They define how the chapter is organized – our officers and Board of Governors, elections, meetings, committees, and finances.
Questions & Amendments
Questions about the bylaws, or proposals to amend them, can be brought to any chapter officer. Amendments follow the process set out in the bylaws and applicable ASHRAE Society requirements.
Chartered 1980
Chapter 135 of ASHRAE, chartered in Boise on September 12, 1980.
Approved 2015
The current chapter bylaws were approved on February 15, 2015.
Region IX
The Idaho Chapter operates within ASHRAE Region IX.
