Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA) Committee
The Young Engineers in ASHRAE Committee (YEA) shall enhance member benefits for young professional ASHRAE members, 35 years old and younger, by identifying, creating, and supporting activities and services focused on their needs. A primary focus of the committee will be attracting and developing YEA members for future membership and leadership in ASHRAE and the HVAC&R industry. The committee also collaborates with Student Activities to help graduating students transition into active YEA members.
