Parking is available underneath the building or in the adjacent parking garage. The first hour of parking is free, each subsequent hour is $1) Speaker: Kevin Amende, PE, Kevin is ASHRAE’s Region IX Student Activities Regional Vice Chair and serves on the Student Activities Committee for Society. As an associate professor in the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department at Montana State University he has served as the Student Branch Advisor for over 14 years and has held Research Promotion and Student Activities Chair positions for the Big Sky Chapter. During society year 18-19, Kevin served as the Post-High Subcommittee Chair and was responsible for creating the Student Program for the 2019 ASHRAE Winter Conference and Exposition. He is currently serving as the Design Competition Subcommittee Chair which is tasked with creating the 2020-2021 Design Competitions. In his role as a faculty member he teaches courses in Building Energy Systems and performs research related to HVAC equipment design and performance, integrated building design, and building energy modeling.
