Share Presentation Description: The presentation will discuss building envelope testing (BET) and commissioning (BECx) on projects in Portland OR and central/eastern WA. The discussion will go over both positive and negative outcomes with talking points on code, design intent, construction practices, and lessons learned. Speaker Bio: John Herboth is a Commissioning Project Manager at Northwest Engineering Service Inc. Over the last 10 years at NWESI, he has commissioned over 50 projects and during the last 3 years, he has led their Building Envelope Services with a dozen completed projects to date.
